Refund policy

Thirty-day money back guarantee. If the pouches have not made a difference, email support@critterless.com within thirty days of delivery and we will refund the order in full. You do not need to return anything.

Refunds go back to the original payment method and typically appear within five to ten business days, depending on your bank.

If a parcel arrives damaged or an item is missing, send a photograph to the same address and we will replace it or refund it, whichever you prefer.

Shipping charges are refunded where the order is returned because of a fault on our side. Where you simply change your mind, the product cost is refunded and the original shipping charge is not.
