Shipping policy

Orders are picked within one business day. Shipping is calculated at checkout and is shown in full before you pay - there is no charge added afterwards.

Typical delivery is three to seven business days. Orders placed at the weekend or on a public holiday leave on the next business day.

You will receive a tracking number by email once the parcel ships. If tracking has not updated after a week, email support@critterless.com with your order number.

We are not able to redirect a parcel once it has left the warehouse, so please double-check the delivery address at checkout.
